New Blog, See You There!

Hey guys, I started a new blog and that is where I will be posting for now on. I also have a new email- heyitsalyssaaa@gmail.com. My new blog is- alyssa-thejourneyofmylife.blogspot.com. I don't have any posts yet; my first post will be on New Years. I'm starting fresh and I will be continuing my journey on that blog. I've been blogging for almost 2 years now and I want to thank the people that have been there for me from the beginning. I'm hoping this new blog will be a success, and I will see you there! A Girl's Guide to... Friends and Ex-Friends: Part 2

Part 2!

Real friends are there for you. Real friends are honest, trust worthy, kind. Fake friends ignore you sometimes. They don't want to tell you everything you may deserve to know. 

Let's say there was a situation between you and one of your best friends. Maybe you had a fight. If you feel like you can't talk it out then don't. It depends on the situation or what the fight was about. If it's really serious, no one should force you to be friends with them. If you don't like someone, you don't have to be friends with them.

Really, most of the time it's common sense. You decide what's right!

If someone is overreacting about something, they most likely want attention and want you or someone else to be proven wrong.

A Girl's Guide to... Friends and Ex-Friends

Friends.. They can be a great thing. Can.

Friends aren't always who you think they are. Don't be afraid to loose a friend. You will gain new friends that care more about you. Don't be afraid to stop being friends with someone either. Not just for no reason. But if a person that is your "friend" isn't really being a friend, then don't be friends with them. Focus on the people that care about you more than the rude "friends" that make fun of you. 

Sometimes taking a break from your friends is a good thing. I do that all the time. They think I'm weird, but I don't care because I'm just helping myself. I would definitely say that not all my friends are real friends. Some of my "friends" call me names, make fun of me, mess with me, etc. I know it's just for fun but honestly, it gets annoying. Like today at school, they were being super rude. So I took a break and didn't sit with them at lunch. I sat with another girl who has always been there to support me and help me. I tell her everything, and it's really nice to be able to have someone to lean on when you need help.

Choosing the right friends is a hard thing. Sometimes you don't know who people really are until you're friends with them. That's just one of the hard things about life. 

Pretending to be someones friend isn't good either. It makes me mad when someone pretends to be my friend, because I can tell. 

If you have a best friend and you feel like you are falling apart, talk it out. Not to another person, but to the person themselves. Talking about people behind their backs may be fun to do, but when someone does it to you, it's not very fun. It's never fun, so don't do it in the first place. It will ruin your relationship with anyone.

I have a lot of guy friends. They are have less drama. When I'm not getting along with my friends, I sometimes just talk to the guys. They're there for you. Guys might not completely understand your situation, but if you talk to them, it helps.

Welcome to my new series, "A Girl's Guide to...". Twice a week I will have a post up within this series.

This post series is meant for tween-teen girls. I will be giving some advice to help some of you, and also tell you about some of my experiences. I still will be posting other things beside this series, but this series will be my main focus right now!

Hey everyone. I know it's been a while. I'm sorry! I started school last week, Aug. 21. I've been super busy. I know, lame excuse. I already have homework every night.

Anywho, I have a few updates I wanted to talk about. 

I have the Blogger app on my phone (which I'm using right now) and I really like it, so I think I will post from this app more. Mainly because I don't have much time to get on my computer, but I always have my phone with me. :)

So about moving updates? As far as that goes, not much has happened. Some people have looked at out house in private showings. One family looked at it a few days ago, and they said they really liked it and they might put an offer on it. That means we really have to make up our mind about moving within our city our moving out of state, which we've always wanted to do. My parents really like North Carolina, which is we would move out of state, and my dad really would like a new job. It's an idea we are considering. Since school has started, if we moved I would have to move in the middle of the year or so. My plan is: if we do move before next year, I will probably just do online school for the rest of the year, and then go to the actual school the next year. I just don't like the idea of transferring after school has started. Maybe it's just me, but that's how I feel! 

Our other option is to stay in our city, which I have talked about in other posts. 

I guess that's all I wanted to say. Sorry this was boring. I will have other posts soon, but I just wanted to put this up to let you know I'm still here and a little bit about what's going on.

I am so mad. I don't even know what happened.

You know my YouTube Channel, right? Well I went on there, and all my videos were gone.

I don't know what happened. I haven't been on there in a while.

I only had a few videos though, but I had like 90 subs, which meant a lot to me.

I made a new channel to start fresh. It's called BeautyGuruGirlxo. Please check it out, share, subscribe, comment, like, anything. I really need help to get my subs back. I just put up a back to school video, so you should definitely check it out. It would mean a lot!

Ello readers, today I thought I would do the 20 Random Facts About Me TAG!

1. I like a lot of milk in my cereal.

2. I like ice in my milk.

3. I like milk in my ice cream.

4. When I was little, I fell and cracked my head open. Now I have a scar right in the middle of my forehead.

5. I got my first phone in Kindergarten because I accidentally rode the bus to another school and I didn't
know where I was.

6. When I was younger, we were moving, and a family was about to come look at our house, so we had to leave. Before we left, I wrote a note that said "Did you like my room? Check yes or no". They said yes and then bought our house. :)

7. I have a really awkward fear of paper cuts.

8. I hate the sound of pencils squeaking, nails on a chalkboard, those kind of sounds make me shiver just thinking about them.

9. When I was little I had a Scooby Doo jewelry box. Every year I would some how loose it, and then I would ask for it for Christmas. I ended up getting one every year because I kept loosing it, but then one year I didn't loose it.

10. My grandparents' own a private campground, and I love to go down there. I'm going there next week!

11. One time I had a dream that Barney came out of my closet and started attacking me.

12. When I was little, I loved sleeping in my sisters room because she had a water bed.

13. When I was 5ish, I wanted to play soccer really bad, but there wasn't a team for me. So I got knee pads that are supposed to be used for roller skating, and I put them on along with really tall socks so it looked like I had shin pads. I played soccer in my yard until I got too hot. I'm weird.

14. One time in my old neighborhood, there was this new little kid. He came over to my house and tried to play with me and my friend. I yelled at him and I was really mean to him and he ran away crying! Then later on I learned that he was my best friend's cousin...

15. In 5th grade I started going out with this boy. We didn't even do anything but text, and we were too scared to talk to each other. We broke up and now he's my best friend and I tell him everything. Weird right?

16. A few years ago my sister forced me to ride a ton of roller coasters. I didn't really like them but she made me ride so many that I got used to it, and now I love roller coasters.

17. I have a boat, and we keep it up at Lake Erie. There's a park there called Cedar Point and we go there all the time and ride roller coasters. Every week!

18. 3 years ago, I didn't want to switch schools, so my dad said if I switched schools, he would buy me an iPad! I got it but my brother took over and says it's his.

19. I check my email literally every 5 seconds.

20. I'm really really excited for school to start! I start the 21st, what about you?

life's a climb, but the view is great.

Hello beautifuls! I'm back from vacation. I've actually been back for a while. 

Most of my time has gone into cleaning. That's because people have been wanting to see our house, to see if they want to buy it. 

Well, school starts in a week. I'm so excited, I don't think I've ever been this excited for school. Is that normal??

I'm going to post about my vacation in a day or so, because I took some fun pictures on the trip!

beach bound! ❥

Tomorrow I'm going to the beach. Well, not exactly tomorrow. More like 3 days.

We're leaving tomorrow morning, and driving down to North Carolina. We are actually going to look at some houses down there to see if we like the area :P We are also going to drive by some schools and some shops. We might not go to the beach the first few days, because we will probably be busy hanging out with one of my parents' friends, who is also the real estate agent that is showing us around!

We are staying near Charlotte, NC. But only for 3ish days. After that, we are driving to Myrtle Beach and staying in a really cool hotel :) We'll be there for a few days. When we leave, we might stay somewhere in the mountains on our way back! It should be really fun.

I probably won't be posting during the vacation, after all, it's a vacation. I thought it would be a nice time to take a little break off of the internet.

Don't worry, when I come back, I will have a post about everything, including tons of pictures. Since my camera's not working, I will try to take some with my dad's camera. I'm not sure what it's called, but it pretty good quality!

I'm back today with another post. About music. Music plays a huge part in my life.

When I was little, I loved Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus. You know what kills me now? Miley Cyrus. How disgusting she is. I mean really.. Her latest music video has absolutely disgusted me and it totally shows how much she has changed. I know people change, but little girls and fans look up to her. Or at least they used to.

On another note, ONE DIRECTION'S NEW MUSIC VIDEO!! YES!! Now that is perfection. Best Song Ever is totally the best song ever. It is so amazing and hilarious. I love the way they set it up, and Harry.. he is just sooo cute. Like what I was so in love when I saw it. AGHHH!

They are just way too adorable. Lol.. :)

summer weekend, starbucks, pll.

Hey hey hey!

 Sorry for not posting this weekend, I was super busy...

 Super busy having fun!

Aye! You might recognize her. I went with her to the Justin Bieber concert also.

We went up to the lake where my family keeps our boat. We rode roller coasters in the park, and we swam ALL DAY!

We went out on the lake and went tubing. It was so much fun. I didn't fall out, but my brother did! 

Oh, if you don't know what tubing is, it's basically when you have a tube and has a rope attached to it, then you attach the rope to your boat, then the boat pulls you behind. Sometimes you hit waves and get knocked out if you go fast. It's awesome, but now my back hurts :P

We are huge Bethany Mota fans, so we tried out the "Cotton Candy" frappe (frappe chino) from Starbucks. It's supposed to taste like cotton candy, but I don't think it does. It still tastes amazing though. :)

If you want one, go to Starbucks and order this:

Vanilla Bean frappe with a pump of raspberry syrup

Don't say "Cotton Candy frappe", they'll have no clue what you're talking about! :) Lol, next time you're at Starbucks, check it out! They have tons of combinations you can make!

As I'm a HUGE Pretty Little Liars fan, yesterday was Keegan Allen's (Toby) birthday. :) He's super cuteee.. And PLL is on tonight! XD

The other day I was bored, and I started writing a short story. I'm still working on it, but this is it so far.

When all my hard work pays off.

The people, the people everywhere.

Hold up. I should start from the beginning.

My names Jazmine. Call me Jaz, Jazzy, JZ, whatever you want. I’m 14. Yeah, yeah. Teenage years. You’re probably guessing this whole book is about boys, makeup, drama, bla bla bla. Nope. I’m a singer. I’m a guitarist. I get bullied, I get made fun of. It doesn’t matter though, because I’m doing what makes me happy.

That’s what’s important, right?

When I was 8 years old, I got my first guitar. It was fake, and it only had plastic buttons that made noises, but that’s when I got into music. That’s when I realized that it was meant to be.

Music means a lot to me. When I was 5 years old, my father passed away in a car accident. He was with a friend, who fortunately, is still living. His name is Skittles, and he’s really close to my family. Well, his name is really John, but my dad called him Skittles because he used to wear this jacket that has multicolored polka dots on it. Weird, right? Anyway, my dad was into music. A lot. I don’t remember much about him, but my mom has told me stories. He played the tuba, trumpet, clarinet, piano, drums, and guitar.

3 days after my dad passed, my mom found out she was pregnant with my little sister, Savannah. She’s 9, and very annoying. She likes to dance. She’s also obsessed with this giant horse stuffed animal that Skittles won her at the fair. It’s huge, it’s taller than her. She sleeps with it every night, although most of the time it just falls off of her small bed.

There is one thing I worry about. Sometimes I worry about my mom. She gets very…emotional. She cries a lot. I understand what she’s gone through, but it’s been years. I feel like she’s hiding things from me. She keeps many things a secret. But one day, I figured one out.

We are putting our house up for sale this week, we took pictures, and we have been cleaning like crazy! Right now I'm at my grandmas, but yeah. It's been kinda hectic. I don't know if I already told you this, but some of my mom's friends are wanting to move, so they came to look at our house, but they said they didn't know because they need a lot of bedrooms, where we have 4-5, they need lots of space. Lol.

justin biebbeerrr ~ bieber fever ❤

So some of you may know that I went to the Justin Bieber concert on July 12th! Let's just say that it was AMAZING.

I know not all of you guys are fans of Justin, but I'm a major Belieber. Yes, I'm a Belieber. I love him. He is my idol, and my inspiration, so I was thrilled to be able to go the concert. If you think he's worth nothing, you should check his Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Look up "Kidraul" or "Justin Bieber Funniest Moments" you will see what I love! :)

I went with two friends. We had the best night ever. It was so loud. We didn't have close seats, they were up super high, but I'm very grateful that I had the opportunity to go. 

We made our own shirts, as you can see. They say Believe Summer 2013 on the front, and Girlfriend of JB on the back. We also did our hair, and made our own bags. Everything was from Hobby Lobby, and we decorated with glow in the dark glue and iron on letters!

This is one of the pictures from our seats. It's bad quality, my camera broke right before the concert, so I had to use my phone :( 

The concert lasted a while, the two opening acts, Mike Posner and Hot Chelle Rae were great! Justin came out after a countdown, and the screaming and faces of everyone there was PRICELESS when he entered. I screamed SO LOUD. We made videos on Instagram, and I was shaking and screaming so bad. Lol, I was soooo happy. 

I made a deal with myself to start saving up money so I could meet him and get floor seats. It would be my DREAM! I know I'm lucky to be able to go to this concert, but my dream is to meet him, someday.

ahh. staying home.

Do you like staying home alone? It has it's pros, it has it's cons. Sometimes it scares me, yet sometimes I feel as if I have freedom.

I'm not even being realistic. I never stay home alone. But I do stay home with my brother a LOT. Around 4-5 times a week.

Staying home without supervision. There, that's how I'll word it.

The scary part about it? People could come knocking at your door, breaking in, sneaking up at you, it scares me. I don't know why. I don't like people I don't know just approaching me alone. I know not to answer the door, but if someone's there in the first place, it makes me uncomfortable.

I'm home alone right now so if anyone wants to Kik me or email me, that would be awesome. Lol.

moving?

I might be moving. Probably not out of state, we would stay in our school district. As a matter of fact, we actually have been looking at a house in a neighborhood. It's a nice house. It's currently being built, but most of the major building is finished. The roof is on, cement is poured, etc. It's a ranch, which means it's one floor, but the whole house is nice and open. But I shouldn't get my hopes up, because my house isn't even up for sale yet!

Anyway, that could mean lack of posts, but definitely not for a while.

I just wanted to give you that quick update. What do you think?
